Abstract

The article presents the results of research into the clinical, social and individual psychological factors of the formation of the therapeutic alliance in the framework of alcohol-free treatment. The peculiarities of cognitive styles, types of personality and role in therapeutic relationships of persons with alcohol dependence and their co-dependent relatives, which reduce the quality of therapeutic alliance, are established. The individual psychological features of persons with alcohol dependence and their co-dependent relatives should be taken into account when forming the working relations in the triad, "physiciannarcologist — patient with alcohol dependence — a co-dependent relative", which can contribute to increasing the level of compliance, keeping the patient in the therapeutic program and achieving a sustainable remission.
