Publication of articles in the journal *Ukrainian Bulletin of Psychoneurology* is free of charge for authors who are third-level students in state-funded programs and who have authored the work independently (without co-authors), as well as for authors whose publications, in the opinion of the journal’s editorial board, describe innovative technologies and are of particular relevance to the development of psychiatry, neurology, and narcology.

The journal does not charge authors in this category any fees for the process of preparing an article for publication (review, editing, plagiarism checking, and publication).
