Diff erentiated rehabilitation targets in patients with schizophrenia, who committed social dangerous act against human life

Abstract

A cross-sectional study of 511 men population with paranoid schizophrenia, who committed especially grave social dangerous act (SDA) were conducted. On the base of assign in the comparison group laid the psychopathological mechanism (PM): the study included 251 patients with productive-psychotic PM SDA and 127 patients with negative-personal PM SDA. Authentic diff erences in the rehabilitation diagnosis indicators for each of the groups studied were established, and on this basis the defi ned diff erentiated by the psychopathological mechanism of the target of rehabilitation intervention in the conditions of the use of compulsory measures of a medical nature, which included the resource of support in society; functional defi - ciency; resource system of personality and level of psychosocial adaptation. Directions of rehabilitation interventions are developed.
