Abstract
The prevalence of cognitive impairment in patients with mild to moderate traumatic brain injury is extremely high and approaches 100 %.
The purpose of the study is to study the features of clinical manifestations of cognitive disorders in patients who have suffered a mild brain injury.
The paper shows that 100 % of the examined had a deviation in one or another indicator of the intellectual-mnestic sphere among soldiers who suffered a mild traumatic brain injury. The presence of cognitive disorders in this category of patients requires a comprehensive approach: neuropsychological diagnosis, drug support and neurorehabilitation measures to prevent post-traumatic stress disorder
The dynamics and features of the symptoms make it possible to establish the correct diagnosis, which is important for treatment and rehabilitation tactics.
