Clinical variants of post-traumatic stress disorder among servicemen who experienced war in the East of Ukraine

Abstract

157 military servicemen diagnosed with posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) were found to have a dysphoric variant in 32.5 %, anxiety variant in 26.1 %, asthenic variant in 23.6 %, and 17.8 % hypochondriacal variant.

A detailed description of clinical and psychopathological manifestations in these PTSD variants is presented, as well as the severity and nature of depressive manifestations in these patients.
