Problems of the narcological service through the prism of psychiatric problems

Abstract

Authors suggests ways to reform drug treatment and psychiatric services in Kyiv region in terms of modernity: the counterterrorist operation, migration workforce. At the heart of the proposals is a global vision problems and some key ideas that relate primarily justifi cation of the need for reforms and setting a goal — providing modern comprehensive medical psychiatric and substance abuse care Ukraine as a whole and its individual categories, based on its many years of experience and in medical practice and experience of foreign partners.
