Abstract

In the article are considered the changes in immune condition of patients by autoimmune demyelinating neurological disorders — multiple sclerosis, myasthenia gravis, encephalomyelitis disseminata. Is cited the list and given a value the most important and modern immunologic methods, which help in diagnostic of this diseases.

Determing of contain oligoclonal Ig and free light chains Ig in CSF is informationly on multiple sclerosis. It's recommend a determing of specifi c acetylcholine receptor autoantibodies (ACHRAB) against postsynaptic membrane and antibodies against protein titin in the blood (in the case of thymoma) for myasthenia gravis. Immunologic investigations on encephalomyelitis disseminata are fulfi lled with diff erent antigens
