On the base of physiological interpretation data of dispersion and correlation analysis of relationships of immunoendocrinological correlates in rats of diff erent gender it was shown the necessity of complex usage of maximal volume of diff erent sources and data in association with the clinical picture for the determination pathogenesis important links of the immune system in the condition of demyelization process accounting intimae mechanisms of their regulation, as well — mediators and modulators of the immune responses (balances pro- and anti-infl ammatory cytokines).
