Abstract

In the results of complex investigation of age and gender neuroimmunoendocrin correlates of multiple sclerosis modeling in prepuberties periods of ontogenesis it was shown that low morbidity compare to puberty animals; probably, caused by higher anabolic potentials of developing organisms and functional un-maturity of immune system in the circumstances of non-full identifi cation of antigen nervous system data, that can stop the development of autoimmune processes.
