Abstract
Determination of indexes of state of the immune system at Parkinson’s disease is important both for the estimation of severity of course of disease and for the choice of adequate therapy.
The increasing of concentrations of anti infl ammatory cytokines IL-1β, IL-4, IL-6, IL-8, TNFα, INF-γ was founded. The increasing of their level in blood is one of the important immunological indexes which is characterizing the violations of the immune system functions at Parkinson’s disease. The development of disease is also accompanied by the changing of the production of anti infl ammatory cytokines IL-4. An increasing of its concentration in the blood serum, and also strengthening of production of anti infl ammatory cytokines and decline of level of INF-γ is accompanied by the decline of physical activity, motive activity, fatigue ability, that by symptoms is characteristic for Parkinson’s disease. Also at patients with Parkinson’s disease the dysimmunoglobulinemia was founded. It gives us the background to suppose that over suppression and exhaustion of factors of humoral immunity brings to the decline of the immunological reactivity of organism and determines the necessity of carring out of immunocorrective and immunomodulative therapies.
