Abstract

Taking into account the diffi culties of beginning of the disease, the eff ective support by levadopa-therapy, and also the prophylaxis of levadopa dependence complications, in the process of long-term clinical supervision in the Institute of neurology, psychiatry and narcology of AMN of Ukraine, it was paid an attention at such concepts as «resistance» and «dependence» and was determined their necessity for antiparkinsonic therapy. Ineffi cient reception of preparations by patients on the late stages of Parkinson’s disease is caused, in particular, by great infl uence of nonmotor manifestations on the quality of life, particularly of pain and paroxysmal manifestations. The last have proper EEG-correlates. There are the peculiarities of the bioelectrogenesis at patients at the late stages of Parkinson’s disease which are the presence of diff erent variants of paroxysmal activity on a background of the substantial general brain changes of biopotentials, that represents the organic violations of bioelectrogenesis, the decreasing of the functional possibilities of central nervous system at this contingent of patients, the insuffi ciency of the heterospecifi c activating systems of the truncus cerebri. It was grounded the inclusion of Entrop into the schemes of correction of nonmotor manifestations at Parkinson’s disease.
