Abstract

There were studied gender features at the relapsing course of multiple sclerosis at 60 patients taking into account the premorbid stage and clinical structure of onsets

The conducted researches testifi es the diffi cult and diff erent relations between clinical indexes which are characterizing the premorbid anamnesis, risk factors which preceded clinical manifestation of disease and clinical structure of onsets at the persons of diff erent sex. On the premorbid stage, according the data of the anamnesis, females have the precursors of the onset, high infectious index, herpetic infections and rhinopharyngeal pathology. The clinical structure of onsets is characterized by gender distinctions with predominance of more rapid rates of forming the manifesting clinical monosyndromic symptomatology for males, full and short clinical remissions after an onset; females have the oligosyndromic symptomatology with the gradual rates of its forming, incomplete clinical remissions after the onset of mean duration.
