Abstract

In the work it was stated the modern point of view to the problem of adequate diagnostics of axonal damage of cerebrum at the patients with multiple sclerosis and posttraumatic epilepsy. It was showed that the abnormally high level of tau-protein is the real marker of the axonal damage of head and spinal brain and that can be used for monitoring of the results of the therapy and improve the quality of making the prognosis of the course and the outcome of disease
