Abstract
The aim of this work was to develop, implement, and approbate the system of integrated rehabilitation for servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) with diff erent variants of posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
In the study, it was performed an examination of 157 servicemen, who had participated in military operations in Eastern of Ukraine, with diff erent PTSD variants (51 persons with a dysphoric variant of PTSD, 41 with an anxious variant of PTSD, 37 with an asthenic variant of PTSD, and 28 with a hypochondriac version PTSD). These persons constituted the main group of the surveyed. As a control group were examined 117 mentally healthy servicemen of AFU, who had participated in military operations in Eastern Ukraine.
The developed rehabilitative modules for patients with dysphoric, anxious, asthenic and hypochondriacal variants of PTSD include measures of pre-medical (self-aid, mutual assistance, emergency psychological aid) and medical care (pharmacotherapy, psychotherapy, psycho-education, and socio-psychological support).
The data obtained evidenced a necessity of a differentiated approach to the rehabilitation of military men with PTSD, as well as an effi cacy of the integrated rehabilitation system, which was worked out taking into account the heterogeneity of the clinical variants of this pathology.
