Анотацiя Розглянута проблема особливостей дитяче-материнської взаємодії в родинах, де мати хворіє на параноїдну шизофренію. Зроблено висновок, що сучасні літературні дані щодо особливостей від- носин у системі мати — дитина у хворих на шизофренію, як і власний клінічний досвід, свідчать про наявність глибоких порушень батьківсько-дитячої взаємодії, асоційованих із захворюванням на шизофренію. Водночас, наявність суперечливостей і неповного висвітлення окремих важливих аспектів цієї проблеми робить актуальним і своєчасним подальше дослідження особливостей материнсько-дитячих відносин у сім’ях, де мати страждає на параноїдну шизофренію.
