Анотацiя Стрімкий прогрес кардіохірургічної техніки дозволяє 85 % дітей з вродженими вадами серця (ВВС) досягти дорослого життя. Однак, враховуючи необхідність раннього хірургічного ліку- вання, ризик фізичних і соціальних обмежень протягом життя, дослідники все більше фокусують увагу на розробленні програм з психосоціальної допомоги пацієнтам з ВВС. Батьки, які очікують на народження дитини з ВВС, переживають психологічний стрес. За нашими попередніми даними, виявлений високий ризик сімейних конфліктів та розлучення, а також відзначені складнощі у формуванні адекватної взаємодії в системі мати — дитина на ранніх етапах розвитку. В закор донних дослідженнях виявлено, що запровадження психоосвіти, тренінгу батьківських навичок та наративної терапії покращило психічний розвиток дітей з ВВС, поліпшило процес вигодовування немовлят та знизило материнське зане- покоєння та тривогу. Тому метою нашого дослідження було розроблення концепції медико-психологічної допомоги родинам, які мають дитину з ВВС.
