Анотацiя В роботі викладені результати сімейно-спадкового аналізу 84 пацієнтів з хворобою Вільсона — Коновалова (ХВК), з яких у 20 хворих було проведено молекулярно-генетичне визначення мутацій гена ATP7B. Показано, що в Україні ХВК в основному обумовлена мутацією His1069Gln в гені ATP7B. Фенотипічно Слов'янський (пізній) тип ХВК відзначений у 66,3 % хворих, а Західний (ранній) — у 33,7 % хворих ХВК.
