Анотацiя У статті розглянуті сучасні проблеми вибору препарату антидепресантів при лікуванні різних форм депресивних розладів. Особливу увагу приділено можливостям нової групи антидепре- сантів — SARI (антагоністам-інгібіторам зворотного захоплення серотоніну) і її першого представника — тразодону (Тріттіко). Детально проаналізовані механізми дії, клініко-фармакологічний спектр, особливості застосування і характеристики безпеки зазначеного препарату. Обґрунтовані клінічні переваги тразодону (Тріттіко) як препарату вибору в лікуванні широкого кола депресивних розладів, зокрема, тривожно-депресивних, а також таких, що супроводжуються порушеннями сну.
