Анотацiя У статті наведений огляд традиційних і перспективних галузей застосування налоксону й налтрексону в клінічній практиці. Описано налоксоновый тест і показання до його засто- сування. Проведено порівняльний аналіз використання різних лікарських форм налтрексону зі звичайною й пролонгованою дією. Зроблено висновок про безумовну перевагу вівітролу за сукупністю властивостей перед іншими лікарськими формами налтрексону при лікуванні пацієнтів із станами залежності різного походження.
