Анотацiя У статті поданий огляд традиційних і перспективних сфер застосування Налоксону в клінічній практиці. Описані схеми призначення Налоксону при отруєннях наркотиками опійного ряду, можливості видачі Налоксону особам, що страждають на залежність від опіоїдів, для само- і взаємодопомоги при передозуванні наркотиків у позалікарняних умовах. Наведені дані на користь того, що така практика може істотно скоротити смертність серед цієї категорії пацієнтів. Описані можливості інтраназального введення розчину Налоксону під час лікування передозувань опійними наркотиками. Обговорені можливості застосування Налоксону при отруєннях невідомими отрутами, а також препаратами вальпроєвої кислоти і ібупрофеном. Описані схеми застосування Налоксону під час купіруван- ня синдрому відміни опіоїдів (форсована детоксикація по А. П. Чуприкову — А. А. Педаку, ультрашвидка опіоїдна деток- сикація по А. В. Бутрову — А. Г. Гофману — Ц. Р. Цимбалову), а також при травматичному шоку, розладах деперсоналізації і дисгормональних станах. Зроблений висновок про вірогідне істотне розширення сфери застосування цього препарату в найближчому майбутньому.
