Abstract
The work presents the clinical phenomenology of depressive disorder in adolescents, the psychological component, the peculiarities of family adaptation and the family sociogram. The symptom complex of parent-child relationships in the form of indulgence with hyperopia, with insufficient parental demands and prohibitions, minimal sanctions, lack of cohesion, disharmonious types of family adaptation (primarily chaotic) cause psychological erosion of family boundaries in families of teenagers with depressive disorders. Certain personal characteristics of parents, such as the phobia of losing a child, the projection of one’s own undesirable traits onto the child, educational insecurity make a significant contribution to the formation and establishment of depressive states in adolescents and become targets for psychocorrection.
