Abstract
War is the most powerful psychosocial stressor. Combat stress exerts a powerful traumatic effect on every military, which is the main reason for the development of post-traumatic stress disorders, acute stress disorders and combat mental injuries. Based on the data obtained during our study, it was developed and tested a personalized program for the correction of stress-related disorders and the rehabilitation of persons affected by combat stress with the differentiated use of psychopharmacotherapy, psychotherapy and psychoeducation methods. Against the background of carrying out the developed system of therapy and rehabilitation, the quality of life index in the main group by all scales increased by an average of 42.1 ± 1.4 %, in the control group by an average of 31.4 ± 1.3 %.
Thus, as a result of the implementation of the indicated personalized program for the correction of stress-related disorders, an improvement in the quality of medical care for military personnel in modern conditions is expected.
