Abstract

The immunocomplex responses in patients with recurrent depressive disorder (RDD) was studied. It has been established that the concentration of circulating immune complexes incl. most pathogenic average and small molecular fractions and phagocytic activity of monocytes in patients with RDD was changed. Changes in immunocomplex responses were most pronounced when more severely manifested in “Major depressive disorder, recurrent episode, severe without psychotic symptoms”(F33.2).
