Abstract

A complex clinical, neurology, instrumental, biochemical examination of 129 patients with cerebral ischemic stroke was carried out. The changes of blood level of nitrite, endothelin-1, oxidation indexes in patients with stroke were assessed, it’s levels were depend on different stages of the disease. The influence of L-lysini aescinat and thiotriasolin on the indexes of endothelium dysfunction in it’s statistically significant lowering after treatment have been estimated.
