Анотацiя Метою цього дослідження був порівняльний фармакоекономічний аналіз застосування ін’єкційної форми рисперидону пролонгованої дії та оральних атипових антипсихотиків оланзапін і кветіапін. Метод «витрати — ефективність», використаний в даній роботі, дозволив порівняти прямі витрати, пов'язані з лікуванням хворих кожним з трьох препаратів, та ефективність лікування, виражену у кількості хворих без загострення протя- гом року. Результати дослідження переконливо доводять еконо- мічні переваги рисперидону ПДІ у порівнянні з таблетованими формами атипових антипсихотиків. Розрахунковий коефіцієнт «витрати — ефективність» показує, що для одержання протягом року рівної кількості хворих на шизофренію без загострень, фінансові витрати при лікуванні рисперидоном ПДІ мінімум в 2.4 рази менше, ніж при застосуванні альтернативних пер- оральних антипсихотиків. Найбільш істотними факторами, що дозволили знизити витрати на терапію, виявилися тривалість та частота госпіталізації, що значно знижуються при переведенні пацієнтів на препарат Рисполепт® Конста. Незважаючи на те, що найкращі результати клінічної ефективності досягаються при утриманні пацієнта на даному препараті більше 12 місяців лікування, навіть при тривалості спостереження 1 рік клініко- економічні переваги рисперидону ПДІ очевидні.
