Анотація

Останні декілька років нашого буття міцно пов’язані із  різноманітними ситуаціями, які є дуже екстремальними для соціального життя людини. В статті наведено аналіз динаміки афективної симптоматики та  суїцидальних думок у  пацієнтів з  біполярним афективним розладом, що  мали суїцид в  минулому та  вплив на  них різних типів психотравмуючих ситуацій, а  саме  — карантину під час пандемії COVID-19 та  воєнних подій на  території України. Виявилось, що  пандемія істотно впливала на  настрій та  підвищувала рівень суїцидальних думок у  обстежених пацієнтів. З  початком війни у  них активно включилися механізми адаптації й  знизився рівень депресивного афективного мислення та  думок про самогубство. Але через песимістичне бачення майбутнього залишався високий ризик суїцидальної поведінки в  найближчий час.
