Анотація

У  статті наведені результати валідації української версії шкали Binge Eating Scale (BES), психометричні властивості якої ще  не  перевіряли серед україномовного населення.

Шкала BES  — опитувальник, розроблений для  виявлення та  діагностики осіб, що  страждають на  компульсивне переїдання (КП).

Метою роботи була перевірка психометричних властивостей української версії BES, встановлення факторної структури, внутрішньої узгодженості та  її  конструктивної валідності у  вибірці української молоді.

Проведено перехресне дослідження 87  учасників: студентів різних закладів вищої освіти, які вміли читати і писати українською мовою. Для характеристики критеріальної валідності шкалу BES порівнювали з даними клінічних критеріїв для КП за DSM-5, які в цьому дослідженні вважають золотим стандартом діагностики КП.

Українська версія BES продемонструвала стандартизовану альфа Кронбаха 0,885, що  показує хорошу внутрішню узгодженість, близьку до високої (0,9).

Величина коефіцієнта надійності розщеплення (Split half ) становила 0,899, що показує дуже високий коефіцієнт надійності розщеплення. Кореляція між половинами тесту становила 0,766720035, що  свідчить про  досить високу надійність за  внутрішньою узгодженістю.

Факторний аналіз продемонстрував двофакторну структуру. Це пояснило загалом 46,2 % дисперсії.

ROC-аналіз виявив, що отримана площа під кривою (AUC) становила 0,811 (95,0 % ДІ: 0,713; 0,887), що  характеризує добру якість моделі.

Результати нашої роботи підтверджують психометричну надійність шкали BES, високу конструктивну і  критеріальну валідності. Отже, українська версія BES має психометричні характеристики, близькі до  оригінальної.
