ПСИХОПАТОЛОГІЧНІ НАСЛІДКИ COVID-19: МОЖЛИВОСТІ ЗАПОБІГАННЯ ТА ЛІКУВАННЯ

Анотація

Під  час пандемії COVID-19 створюються умови для погіршення психічного здоров’я широкого кола осіб з груп ризику. Маніфестація або загострення психічних захворювань сприяє поширенню COVID-19 і асоціюються з  частим розвитком соматичних ускладнень і несприятливим прогнозом. Під  час  проведення психофармакотерапії у  пацієнтів з  COVID-19 треба враховувати її  вплив на  функцію дихання, імовірні побічні ефекти і міжлікарські взаємодії. Препаратом, що  може бути рекомендований для  лікування депресивної та  тривожно-депресивної симптоматики при COVID-19, є представник сучасного класу антидепресантів, мультимодальних модуляторів серотонінової системи  — тразодон.
