Abstract To investigate the clinical and psychopathological analysis and systematisation of psychopathological abnormalities in the structure psychoendocrine syndrome in violation of metabolism of glucocorticoids and thyroid hormone a prospective study of 300 patients who were treated on the basis of the Ukrainian Scientifi c-Practical Center of Endocrine Surgery, Transplantation of endocrine organs and tissues of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, was conducted. The use of clinical-psychopathological method allowed to separate and compare the clinical and psychopathological features of patients with impaired thyroid gland and the adrenal cortex metabolism, with verifi cation pathopsychological severity of symptoms using a questionnaire symptomatic (Symptom Checklist-90-Revised, SCL-90-R).
