Abstract Correction fatigue syndrome in neurological patients presents a problem due to the diff erent pathogenetic mechanisms leading to the development of fatigue. Traditionally used as a drug and non-drug options for correction. The main is conducting educational programs among patients and the people who care for them. For the treatment of neurological asthenic syndrome in patients using multiple classes of pharmacological agents. The main ones are stimulants, antidepressants and drugs that inhibit drowsiness. Prominent in the treatment of fatigue, especially in patients with stroke takes nootropic drug complex action Noophen®. He is nootropic agent, stimulates memory and learning, improves physical performance.
