Abstract On the basis of clinical supervision 180 patients with delirium tremens and delirium complex etiolo gy was elaborated clinical typology of psychomotor agitation. It is given recommendation for treatment psychomotor agitation depending on the etiological factors and psychopathological structure of psychomotor agitation.
