Abstract The work is devoted to the study and analysis of mentally conditioned dissomnic disorders in the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Analyzed the genesis of dissomnic disorders in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, allocated to its components. Provided psychopatogenetic classifi cation of mentally conditioned sleep disorders in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Reviewed and systematized methods of treatment of mentally conditioned dissomnic disorders in type 2 diabetes mellitus. The importance of non-pharmacological therapeutic tactics, particularly psychotherapy, correction dissomnic disorders in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
