Abstract In this article an author lights up the aspects of legal responsibility of medical workers for the unproper implementation by them the position requirements, in the light of requirements of Legislation of Ukraine. Depending on guilt, degrees of weight of off ence and comings consequences — the disciplinary comes, administrative, civil legal and even criminal responsibility. Violation of requirements of medical deontology is equated with violation of labour discipline and regulated the norms of labour Legislation.
