Abstract The results of treatment of 133 patients with malignant craniofacial tumors at period of 2002—2012 were anlysed. The ways of spreading and natural history of these tumors were studied and surgery tactics on this basis were for med. Survival rate at 3 and 5 years interval was 53 % and 38 % respectively. Postoperative mortality is absent.
