В роботі наведено клінічну феноменологію депресивного розладу у підлітків, психологічні складники, особли вості сімейної адаптації та сімейної соціограми. Симптомокомплекс батьків- сько-дитячих взаємин у вигляді потурання з гіперопікою, із недостатністю батьківських вимог та заборон, мінімальністю санкцій, брак згуртованості, дисгармонійні типи сімейної адаптації (передусім хаотичні) зумовлюють психологічну ерозію сімейних меж в родинах підлітків із де- пресивними розладами. Певні особистісні характеристики батьків, як-от фобія втрати дитини, проєкція на дитину власних небажаних рис, виховна невпевненість роблять значний внесок у формування та усталення депресивних станів у підлітків й стають мішенями психокорекції.
