Анотацiя В роботі зроблено ґрунтовний аналіз сучасних наукових поглядів на епідеміологічні, клінічні і лікувальні аспекти алкогольної залежності (АЗ) в умов ах соціального стресу. Зроблено висновок, що АЗ — це розповсюджена медико-соціальна проблема, яка є надзвичайно актуальною в умовах соціоекономічних змін та військових конфліктів. Згідно із результатами багатьох досліджень, між стресом та АЗ існує міцний зв’язок як на популяційному рівні (АЗ частіше реєструють у осіб, які переживали більший стрес), так і на генетичному та біохімічному рівні (спільні гени та біохімічні речовини, які беруть участь у адаптації до стресу та розвитку залежності). Ці спільні механізми зумовлюють коморбідність між постстресовими станами та АЗ, причому алко голь часто відіграє роль дезадаптивної копінг-стратегії, яка закріплюється на нейрофізіологічному рівні у вигляді класичного обумовлення. Враховуючи це, підхід до лікування АЗ із коморібдними постстресовими станами має базуватися на біопсихосоціальному підході із призначенням комплексного лікування. Більшість застосовуваних психотерапевтичних інтервенцій з лікування АЗ не враховують наявність коморбідної симптоматики, можливий негативний вплив стресу у вигляді, наприклад, підвищення ризику алкогольного ексцесу або його системний вплив у вигляді постстресового стану із відповідною симптоматикою, що потребує більш докладного вивчення, модифікації проведеного лікування або розроблення нових моделей терапії
