Анотацiя Стенози та оклюзії артерій вертебробазилярного басейну, найчастішою причиною яких є атеротромбоз, достатньо розповсюджені та мають широкий спектр клінічних проявів. Багато аспектів діагностики та лікування уражень вертебробазилярного басейну залишаються недостатньо вивченими, що ускладнює встановлення точного діагнозу, оцінювання прогнозу та обрання оптимальної тактики лікувальних заходів у повсякденній клінічній практиці. В огляді розглянуто сучасні літературні відомості щодо провідних механізмів стенозів та оклюзій базилярної артерії мозку, її основних гілок та внутрішньочерепного сегмента хребцевих артерій, а також їх клінічних проявів.
Ключовi слова стенози й оклюзії внутрічерепних артерій, вертебробазилярний басейн, клініка.
