Abstract The paper identifies the factors predetermining the formation of the most therapeutically productive process compliance in the psychotherapy of dissociative disorders (predisposition factors of compliance). These include three factors: factors from patient, factors from the doctor and the factors of the "alliance". It is noted that the ability to achieve compliance, i. e. a "compliance" depends not only on personal characteristics or attitudes of the patient, but also on the peculiarities of the personality of the doctor and his sui generis psychotherapeutic and communicative competence. On the basis of analysis of predisposition factors of compliance highlighted a number of contradictions that prevent the achievement of both compliance and therapy in general. Traced the ratio of the degree of pro-compliance factor and its occurrence among patients with dissociative disorders. The most therapeutically congruence the factors from the patient and the therapist.
