Abstract The study is the development of principles of therapy, rehabilitation and prevention of psychosocial maladjustment in women with disorders of adaptation. Evaluation of effi cacy based on the analysis of the dynamics of clinical-psychopathological status, psychosocial maladjustment condition, severity of symptoms of personal and reactive anxiety, nervous and mental stability, orientation values. Among the women surveyed, a full recovery was recorded in 81.8 % of cases, improved mental state — at 15.2 %, the lack of dynamics of mental state — in 3.0 % of patients.
