Abstract Features of the structure of somatic complications, comorbid mental disorders and somatic pathology were studied. Installed available in patients with type 2nd diabetes mental disorders, and selected them from the dominant frequency. Established dominant chronic complications of diabetes of the 2nd type and the dominant associated with type 2nd diabetes pathology. Given the classifi cation of nonpsychotic mental disorders in patients with type 2nd diabetes in a pathogenetic perspective. Selected options affi liated with type 2nd diabetes of psychopathological disorders. Established a set of specifi c pathogenetic mechanisms that play a significant role in the formation of mental disorders nonpsychotic level within the hospital diabetes type 2.
