Abstract | The article gives an analysis of the ratio of production volumes of the drug tramadol with the actual needs of the patients, offi cially entered to the accounting registers of the Ministry of Healthcare of Ukraine in retrospect. Studied examples of forensic and pharmaceutical practice regarding illegal circulation of narcotic drug tramadol. Determined the particularities of the organizational and legal procedures of the legal circulation of tramadol in healthcare area, in particular in the prescribing and dispensing. Based on the synthesis of appeals and complaints found that providing the drug tramadol need mostly elderly patients, mostly women, residents of Kharkiv region and favorable patient groups, in particular disabled groups 1 and 2, the liquidators of the Chernobyl accident and patients with cancer. Justifi ed the necessity of improving the treatment of drug tramadol ensure patients who need it, based on the evidence of pharmaceutical law and pharmacy. Found that patients hindering accessibility to the drug tramadol violates their constitutional rights to medical support, timely and eff ective pharmacotherapy. | ||||
