Abstract | An integrated examination of patients with anxiety depression resulted in detection of clinical-psychopathological and pathopsychological targets for a psychotherapeutic intervention. These targets were characterized by presence of anxious, phobic, somatovegetative, and hypochondriac components. It was developed an algorithm of psychotherapy including 3 stages: sedative-maintaining (3—4 sessions), treatment-stabilizing (8—10 sessions), and adjustment-preventive (3—4 ses sions). The psychotherapy was integrated and included methods of cognitive-behavioral, family, and personality-oriented psychotherapies. It was conducted as individual and group sessions. Cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy was the most effective. It allowed achieving a rationallogical refi ning of anxious statements in patients, to form their clear ideas about their illness and possibilities of therapeutic interventions. In the structure of the cognitive-behavioral therapy specifi c techniques were used on each stage of psychotherapeutic infl uence. The developed complex of psychotherapeutic intervention has demonstrated its high effi cacy. | ||||
