Abstract During the three years of longitu-dinal observations examined 447  pa-tients with addictions of various origins (smoking, alcoholism, drug addiction, compulsive gambling, etc.) and stud-ied the peculiarities of their motion under the inl uence of genetic and en-vironmental factors. Analyzed the main individual, environmental and genetic risk of addiction. Determined that the decrease in the severity of disorders with alcohol and substance use is also accompanied by a decrease in the in-tensity of other types of non-alcoholic addictions related to food, with sex, with work (teaching), with television viewing, as well as shopping.
