Abstract In article features of a psychoemo-tional condition of fruitless men and their wives are considered. On the ba-sis of clini cal and psychopathological inspection of 90  married couples, it is established that at the majority of the studied men anxiety disorder answered heavy and average degree of expression. By results of the correlation analysis it is revealed that as a whole among men and women all range of frustra-tion of a disturbing circle is diagnosed. Among symptoms according to their levels of expression both at men and at women with an experience of infertility of 1—5 years symptoms of the "mental" radical, with an experience of infertility of 6—10 years and 11—15 years — the "somatic" radical considerably prevailed. Researches of neurotic states revealed that on all scales (except a scale of vegetative violations) men and wom-en with an experience of infertility of 1—5 years prevailed. The obtained data allow to draw a conclusion on existence of considerable distinctions in clinical and psychopathological manifestations depending on an infertility experience at men and their wives that has to be considered surely when providing the sychocorrectional and psychopreven-tive help to couples at violations of activity of a family.
