Abstract Using structured analysis of sexual health author discriminated several forms of disadaptive sexual behavior of males with personality disorder. The relationship between various forms of disadaptive sexual behavior and personality disorder type was showed. The necessity of systemic approach for differential diagnostics and correction of sexual disadaptation was proved.
