Abstract Research of peculiarities of neurological impairments in patients with of the hepatobiliary system. We exami ned two groups of patients: group I — patients with chronic calculous cholecystopancreatitis, group II — patients with biliary cirrhosis. It is shown that in patients of group I clinically was dominated by signs of autonomic dysfunction syndrome in the form of vegetativevascular dystonia, auto nomic paroxysms, hyperventilation syndrome. In the study of the emotional system in these patient detected neurasthenic, senesto-hypochondriac syndrome elevated levels of anxiety. Group II patient was identifi ed hepatic encephalopathy minimum and 1 severity. For these patient was characterized by the following neurological syndromes: headache, vestibular, insomnic, hyperkinetic, as well as intellectual impairment, personality disorders. Indentified neurological disorders correlated with the severity and duration of the disease, the most severe symptoms seen in patient with a longer and more severe disease.
