Abstract The patients were determined by the relationship between indicators of pro-inl ammatory (interleukin-6  (IL-6), ma-trix metalloproteinase-9  (MMP-9)) and anti-inl ammatory (interleukin-10  (IL-10)) systems. It was determined that patients with ischemic stroke with hemorrhagic transformation factor of interleukin (IL-6/IL-10) is higher than in ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke. There is a statistically signii cant cor-relation relationship between the levels of IL-6  and IL-10 in patients with isch-emic stroke and hemor rhagic stroke at the beginning and during the dynamic of the disease. Patients with hemor-rhagic stroke was observed multidirec-tional correlation between MMP-9 and IL-6  and between MMP-9  and IL-10.
Key words ischemic stroke, hemor-rhagic stroke, ischemic stroke with hemorrhagic transformation, interleu-kin-6, interleukin-10, matrix metallopro-teinase-9.
