Анотацiя Статтю присвячено механізмам формування больового відчуття, обробці больової інформації на чутливо-дискримінантному та афективно-мотиваційному рівнях, механізмам антиноци- цептивного захисту; сучасним уявленням про патогенез хронічного болю, де експресії Na-каналів в результаті периферичного неаврального ураження та порушенню модулюючого впливу низхідних шляхів від корково-лімбічних структур, приділяється основна роль. Наведені методи лікування невропатичного болю з позицій доказової медицини.
